9 Ways to Atay Healthy
1. Have a good diet
You can't have a good marijuana crop if your body isn't functioning properly. Your immune system and organs are going to get taxed out if you do not give them what they need to function at their best.
2. Drink plenty of water
It's great that we live in a time where we know how to produce food and drink clean filtered water from rainbows. However, this doesn't mean that we should become complacent about drinking enough water throughout the day. We have to make sure that our bodies are bathed in fresh water to keep us hydrated and energetic. Don't worry too much about getting sick because you're dehydrated; just drink some water!
3. Get outside and exercise
Exercise is something that many people don't think about when they grow cannabis, but it is actually something that will help to improve the overall health of the plant. When the sun shines, there are fewer pests and diseases around. If you take advantage of those sunny days, go outside and enjoy nature. Take a walk along a river or hike through the woods. Just spending time outside enjoying the outdoors is enough to boost your spirits.
4. Exercise
Exercise should be a priority; this includes walking, biking, running, swimming, climbing, yoga, etc.
5. Nutrients
Make sure your diet is balanced with the right amount of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. If you don't eat enough carbs, then your body doesn't get enough energy to perform at its best. Also make sure that you are getting enough protein which helps keep your muscles strong.
6. Sleep
Getting eight hours of sleep can really help you feel better. You'll be able to think clearer and perform better at work and school.
7. Eat right
I know this seems cliché but it's true! You should eat well to stay strong and maintain good health - your body needs adequate amounts of protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, water, etc. This includes eating a variety of nutritious foods that have been grown without pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or other harmful chemicals that could be damaging to your health. Also, avoid processed foods and sugary treats that can cause unwanted weight gain and tooth decay.
8. Stay active
It sounds simple enough and we've all heard it before, however, staying physically fit is just as important as what goes into our mouth. Staying active helps keep you focused and energized throughout the day and provides many benefits including less stress, healthier skin, improved circulation, and better sleep quality. Just 30 minutes of strenuous exercise can increase energy levels for hours afterward.
9. Get enough rest
Staying mentally alert and healthy starts at home. Too much time spent sitting down staring at a screen isn't going to help you perform better in school, work, or life in general. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night to recharge and refresh yourself for each day.
